Ross & Mary - Ecuador (Ross in Ohio- HMA begins- Prayers for national worker & those we are ministering to!

Dear Praying Friends,

Thank you for praying for my trip to the USA, Oct 8-9. The protests in Ecuador did not affect my route to the airport and I joined Mary in Ohio on Thursday morning. Our Home Assignment (Oct 2025-July 2026) has officially started! Please continue to pray for us as we make plans for this phase of our ministry. We will be in touch soon about visits to different parts of the USA in 2026.

Please pray for quality time with family, working on our home in Ohio, the many and adjustments to living in the USA and our preparations to travel to encourage our support base.

Pray for:

• Home Ministry Assignment. Pray for this special time we have to cast our ministry vision and seek those whom God has set apart to participate in our mission. Pray God will open new opportunities to share the exciting things He is doing in Ecuador and the expanding Latin America region. Prayer for our personal support to sustain us and the projects we are engaged in.

• National co-workers Alberto & Blanca. Pray for Alberto who is caring for our dog and home. While we still are praying for a family to live on our compound, we are thankful for the support of national coworkers who will provide a daily presence and care for our home in Ecuador. Pray that we can raise the funds needed to activate his support, so he can attend to ministry responsibilities while we are away. Pray for his studies at the ProMETA seminary that he hopes to graduate from in June of 2026.

  
  

  Pray for those in Ecuador we had to leave behind in order to start our HMA.

• One of the necessary hardships of missionary life is the toll it takes on ministry when engaging in Home Ministry Assignment. While we are excited for this opportunity for ministry and renewal stateside, it has been extended to account for the COVID shutdowns which greatly restricted our visits during our previous HMA. Please pray specifically for those most affected, the Quichua leaders whom Mary was counseling and for my students who have put on hold their connection with us while we are outside of Ecuador.
